Valued Zoos Victoria Members are entitled to receive a 15% discount* in zoo shops and online.

To redeem the discount in our online shop, the member must simply add their unique member discount code in the ‘Discount Code’ box at checkout.  

To get their unique discount code, a member simply logs into their My Zoo Dashboard and select ‘My Retail Discount Code’ in Other Actions. Alternatively, your unique code is listed at the top of your latest Member e-newsletter email.

When shopping in person at our shops, a member simply presents their Zoos Victoria Membership Card at the counter to receive a 15% discount.
